In line with our growth strategies, we are looking to expand our team with the objective to strengthen our coverage of the existing core sectors as well as to develop new sectors.
This will be a highly challenging role and only candidates who are self starters will succeed. You will be expected to develop your own business plan setting out your targeted clientele, expected source of candidates etc. You are expected to be highly resourceful and willing to make cold calls to establish new client relationships. Guidance from the senior consultants of the team will be offered.
You will be on a base pay plus attractive commission scheme.
We are open to candidates who are not currently working in a search firm as long as he / she is able and willing to leverage on his / her network and contacts. Specifically, we are keen to consider candidates with years of experience working in a particular industry sector which he / she, upon joining us, can cover as a recruitment consultant. Candidates with fewer or no working experience will also be considered as long as you have the right level of maturity and tenacity.
